them. We will give immediate response, for example (when preconditioning and
conditioning is not required) we have received rush samples in the early morning overnight
delivery, completed testing, and faxed or e-mailed results before noon. |

| Rush Service costs more, but for the reasonable upcharge, we will handle the overtime, the weekend or the evenings. We will get you the results that you need when you need them. | |
Customers place samples with an overnight delivery service late in the afternoon. We receive the samples the next morning. When the situation requires immediate response, we run the tests and have the results in the hands of our customers as fast as an on-site group would be able to do. And we are happy to provide this service. We get satisfaction from being able to provide this kind of value to our customers. |
